National High Performance Program Manager & National Coach - May '99 Skiing Australia Cross Country seeks to fill two part-time positions:
Both will be responsible to the national cross country committee for the National Cross Country Skiing Elite Development Program, which is aimed at improving the level and number of elite Australian cross country skiers.
The National High Performance Program Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the Program, training camps and liaising with skiing organisations, coaches and athletes. Applicants should have appropriate sports and administrative skills and experience, cross country skiing experience is not necessary.
The National Cross Country Coach will work with coaches, athletes and the Program Manager to develop and implement a national training program for national teams and squads. Applicants should be ACC qualified with elite level coaching and cross country skiing experience.
