Right To Play is an athlete driven humanitarian organisation that is chaired by four time Olympic Gold medallist Johann Olav Koss of Norway,

In 2005 Right To Play entered into an agreement with the International Ski Federation (FIS) to work together to promote sport and play as a tool for the development of children and youth in the most disadvantaged areas of the world. The major project being supported by skiing is at Kigoma in Tanzania.

This cooperation is now extending to members of Worldloppet, with the Kangaroo Hoppet, the Birkebeinerrenet in Norway, Engadiner Ski Maraton in Switzerland, Marcialonga in Italy, and the Konig Ludwig Lauf in Germany already committed to working with Right To Play in season 2007/2008.
